What you see in this image, and for the full length of the finger, is a woman's prostate. In the vagina, your finger can only feel a fraction of the actual thickness of the prostate as seen in the
illustration above. But in fact it occupies all the space on the other side of the vulva wall from the entrance of the vagina upwards. If you open up the labia lips and make energetic taps on the wall,
you will find that this provides pleasurable sensations. Inside, there are hundreds of cells called Skene cells (name of the MD who discovered them), which, when the prostate gets stimulated, produce
the prostatic liquid or the female ejaculate.
- Ejaculation: takes place if the prostate stimulation is appropriate and if the woman "lets-go" and does not resist her need to "pee" when it happens. The ejaculate comes out from the Skene orifices
located on each side of the urethra (difficult to see with the naked eye but, they are there) and/or can come out from the vagina. The ejaculation is accompanied by movement of the bladder or by torsion of the
vagina muscles.
- The "G spot" orgasm: to start with, let's understand that the "G spot" does not reside at a given spot. In fact, it's not a "spot" per say but an area on the prostate, first third, second third, or
last third (the tail end) and even, in the majority of cases, when the tail end is pressed to the top of the pubic bone. The area in question can vary from one woman to the next. The partner's finger
can also detect a sort of a ball shaped area on the prostate. Friction or pressure on this ball is pleasant for the woman but it's not necessarily the stimulation of this area which can bring about
an orgasm. Like for an ejaculation, a vaginal orgasm requires the woman to "let-go"… she must abandon herself to her partner.
- Other vaginal orgasms: Stimulation of the bottom and back of the vagina provides great pleasure to some women to the point of triggering strong orgasms. And rolling the finger from the bottom of
the vagina to the top, by way of the side wall of the vagina, and applying pressure to the tail end against the pubic bone, gives her great feelings.
Her partner must remember that he (she, if partner is female) does not give an orgasm to a woman… he (she) stimulates her. It is up to her to take advantage or not of this stimulation.
